Leading a small team and producing the hats entirely in-house in London, Karen runs her business to high ethical standards. She cares deeply about building long-term relationships with her clients - one aspect of this is to treat your personal data with complete confidentiality.

As a matter of course we will always seek your permission to add you to the newsletter. If you decide to sign up to Karen’s newsletter your name and e-mail address will be used to invite you to events and let you know about new products, design process and exclusive Secret Sales. Our chosen newsletter service is Mailchimp, who securely store your name and e-mail. We do of course operate a strict no-spam policy and you can unsubscribe at any time.

If you order a hat from Karen in person at a show or Open Studio event, or via the website, she will keep a written and digital record of your name and postal address to keep you informed of progress, and to send your completed order. The website runs on Squarespace.

Payments on the website are processed by Stripe, certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. We do not store your financial information.

You are entitled to ask us for details of any personal information that we hold on you, or to ask that your details are deleted. Please contact us for this.
