At first glance, Linda is a conventional 6-section cap, but is given a wonderfully sculptural quality through the cleverly curving, subtly asymmetric seams. The British-woven soft lambswool is lightweight, perfect for Autumn/Winter.

As with all our hats, the 'Linda' cap is made completely in-house, by Karen herself and her small team, here at Cockpit Arts in London. We do hold a small amount of stock, however most hats are made to order.
We aim to send out within 5 days of receiving your order (achieved in 90% of cases) - you will receive an email notification when the item is despatched.
There are, very occasionally, times when it is necessary to allow up to 21 days - in such cases we will notify you within 48 hours of your order.

100% wool with acetate satin lining.
Care instructions
This cap can be dry-cleaned. The head-ribbon inside the hat can also be cleaned with wet-wipes or similar.
How to find your head-size
Take a tape measure around the head, just above your eye-brows and ears. The tape should feel comfortable, and exactly how you would like the hat to feel - not too tight or too loose. (If possible, it's probably easiest to ask someone else to measure you). If your measurement falls in between the 1cm increments, it is usually best to go to the size above. We are also happy to exchange hats for an alternative size with no extra delivery charge.

A note for our EU customers: our hats are made completely in the UK and so remain duty-free. However, they will be subject to Import VAT, and in some cases a small admin fee - the amount will vary for each country. If you have any questions or concerns at all, please do get in touch.
In a hurry?
If you have an important deadline in mind for receiving the hat(s), please email us giving details of the product you wish to purchase and when you’d like to receive it. We will of course always try our best to accommodate such requests! There is also an opportunity for you to attach comments to your order during the checkout process.
For urgent overseas orders, we can provide a quote for express courier delivery.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are of course happy to offer a refund or exchange. Please notify us by email within 5 days of receipt, with the reason for the return, and whether you would like a refund or exchange. We ask that you return the hat to us within 14 days. Refunds are made within 48 hours of our receipt of the hat. In the case of a size exchange, we will send you an alternative size with no extra delivery charge.
